WASHINGTON, Aug. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation National Highway Traffic Safety Administration denied a petition seeking a defect investigation into wheel fastening practices on heavy-duty vehicles using 10-285.75 mm bolt circle wheels.
