WASHINGTON, Aug. 18 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission instituted an investigation into Samsung smartphones and tablets following a complaint by Maxell, Ltd., Tokyo, Japan, alleging patent infringement involving imported mobile electronic devices.
