WASHINGTON, Aug. 14 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Trade Commission has published its semiannual regulatory agenda under the Federal Trade Commission Act and the Regulatory Flexibility Act, following Office of Management and Budget guidelines issued under Executive Order 12866 and Executive Order 14192. The Commission said the 2026 agenda contains no rule meeting the Regulatory Flexibility Act requirements for Federal Register publication.
