WASHINGTON, Aug. 14 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Education has published its semiannual regulatory agenda, providing information on regulatory and deregulatory actions. The agenda issued under Executive Order 12866 and the Regulatory Flexibility Act.
For each action, the agenda identifies the title, action type, prior activity and dates. It provides an abstract describing costs and benefits, effects on small entities, legal authority and contact.
