WASHINGTON, Aug. 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services National Institutes of Health is considering an exclusive patent license to OptoSurgical LLC of Columbia, Maryland, for development, manufacture and commercialization of BL-760 dye for intraoperative fluorescence imaging.
