WASHINGTON, Aug. 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration issued special conditions for the Robinson Helicopter Company Model R66 helicopter as modified by Skyryse, establishing safety standards for a digital fly-by-wire flight control system that replaces the aircraft's mechanical primary flight controls.
