JOINT BASE LINDSEY GRAHAM, S.C. (AFNS) - Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina, became Joint Base Lindsey Graham during a ceremony Aug. 10 to rename the installation after the late senator, Air Force veteran and South Carolina native son.
