WASHINGTON, Aug. 11 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve is seeking public comments on an application by Hoosier Heartland State Bancorp Employee Stock Ownership and Savings Plan Trust to acquire additional voting shares of Heartland State Bancorp in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
The application would allow the trust to acquire voting shares of up to 25.93% of Heartland State Bancorp and indirectly acquire additional voting shares of Hoosier Heartland State Bank, both in Crawfordsville.
