WASHINGTON, Aug. 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land Management has revoked an 1875 land withdrawal covering about 2.97 acres at the Calcasieu Radio Beacon Station in Cameron Parish, Louisiana.
Public Land Order No. 7969, effective August 11, 2026, returns the land to the public domain after the Bureau determined it is suitable for return. The land has been managed for lighthouse purposes since an Executive Order dated November 22, 1875.
