WASHINGTON, Aug. 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement has approved a North Dakota amendment to its regulatory program under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, incorporating changes enacted through state legislation in 2017 and 2021.
