WASHINGTON, Aug. 11 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Communications Commission is proposing to restore VHF channel 9 to St. George, Utah, for KMYU(TV), St. George, Utah, replacing UHF channel 21 in the Table of TV Allotments.
KUTV Licensee LLC, the station's licensee, previously sought to move KMYU to channel 21 and filed a construction permit application. The licensee now wants to abandon that plan and continue operating on its currently licensed VHF channel 9 facility.
