WASHINGTON, Aug. 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration is proposing to establish Class E airspace over Graham Hospital Heliport in Canton, Illinois, to support instrument flight rule (IFR) operations and instrument procedures being developed for the airport.
