WASHINGTON, Aug. 12 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is proposing to grant a New Hampshire petition to leave the Ozone Transport Region, finding that emissions from the state do not significantly contribute to ozone attainment problems elsewhere in the region.
