WASHINGTON, Aug. 11 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is proposing to approve some revisions to the Arizona State Implementation Plan covering volatile organic compound emissions from gasoline loading, storage and cargo tanks in Maricopa County.
The proposed rule addresses Maricopa County Air Quality Department Rules 352 and 353 and their associated reasonably available control technology demonstrations for the 2008 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standar . . .
