WASHINGTON, Aug. 11 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is deferring offset and highway sanctions against an Arizona Phoenix-Mesa ozone nonattainment area after determining that revised Maricopa County Air Quality Department rules address deficiencies identified in 2025.
