14-Year Partnership Continues to Support Tioga County Students
For the 14th consecutive year, The Mildred Faulkner Truman Foundation is helping Tioga County students pursue an Elmira College education, awarding a $15,000 grant that has now supported 55 students since 2013.
Among the recent students to benefit from the grant are Wyatt Blauvelt '27, a Biology major . . .
