Salem, OR -Today, Governor Tina Kotek announced that she has appointed Kara A. Brooks to the Clackamas County Circuit Court. Ms. Brooks will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Katherine E. Weber. Her appointment is effective immediately.
