WASHINGTON, Aug. 7 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration is initiating a country-wide circumvention inquiry to determine whether certain tissue paper products completed in Vietnam using jumbo paper rolls manufactured in China are circumventing the antidumping duty order on tissue paper from China.
