WASHINGTON, Aug. 7 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to partially approve and partially disapprove Arizona's state implementation plan (SIP) addressing prevention of significant deterioration (PSD) requirements for the 2012 fine particulate matter (PM2.5) national ambient air quality standard.
