WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued a final rule announcing that it denied a Sept. 19, 2025, petition from the Center for Biological Diversity seeking an objection to a Clean Air Act operating permit issued by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment for the Phillips 66 Pipeline LLC Denver Terminal in Commerce City, Colorado.

Cyrus M. Western, Regional Administrator, Region 8, signed the document.
