WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 (TNSFR) -- The Consumer Product Safety Commission has provisionally accepted a settlement agreement requiring Johnson Health Tech to pay a civil penalty of $16.875 million to resolve allegations that it failed to promptly report a defect involving Horizon T101-05 treadmills, as required under the Consumer Product Safety Act.
Public comments on the proposed settlement are due by Aug. 21, 2026.
