WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- The White House Office of Management and Budget issued the following statement of administration policy on a joint resolution (S.J.Res. 199) providing for congressional disapproval under Chapter 8 of Title 5 of the U.S. Code of the rule submitted by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services relating to restoring flexibility in the Child Care and Development Fund.

The resolution was introduced by Sen. Patty Murray, D-Washington, and 17 cosponsors.
