WASHINGTON, July 30 -- The White House Office of Management and Budget issued the following statement of administration policy on a joint resolution (S.J.Res. 181) directing the removal of the U.S. armed forces from hostilities in Iran, which was introduced by Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-New York, and eight cosponsors:
