WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued final decisions on six petitions seeking small refinery exemptions under the Renewable Fuel Standard program, granting one full exemption, approving two partial exemptions and determining three petitions to be ineligible.
