WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice invited public comment on a proposed consent decree resolving Clean Water Act claims against Duran Construction Co. LLC of Juneau, Alaska, Marciano Duran and Josette Duran.
The settlement, lodged July 30, 2026, would require restoration or mitigation of affected areas and payment of a civil penalty.
Comments are due 30 days after August 4, 2026.
