WASHINGTON, Aug. 3 (TNSFR) -- The Franklin County Historical Society, Ottawa, Kansas, plans to repatriate a stone projectile point to the Burns Paiute Tribe under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), according to a notice published by the U.S. Department of the Interior National Park Service.
