WASHINGTON, Aug. 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Food and Drug Administration has permanently debarred Ricardo Andres Acuna from providing services to any person with an approved or pending drug product application after his federal felony conviction for conduct involving the development and approval of drug products.
