WASHINGTON, Aug. 2 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Energy Federal Energy Regulatory Commission will prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed Rio Grande LNG Expansion Project in Cameron County, Texas, beginning a federal environmental review of a proposal to add liquefied natural gas production and export capacity at the Rio Grande LNG Terminal.
