WASHINGTON, July 31 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration has issued a final rule amending Class D and Class E airspace serving Groton, Connecticut, and Fishers Island, New York, to better support instrument flight operations and align airspace descriptions with current agency guidance.
The amendments become effective at 0901 UTC on Oct. 29, 2026.
