WASHINGTON, July 31 -- New York City Mayor Zohran Kwame Mamdani, speaking from a double-decker "LIFT" bus during a tour of the Bronx, announced the launch of the LIFT Tracker, an interactive database showing more than 100 city-owned sites where the administration plans to build upward of 50,000 affordable homes.
