WASHINGTON, July 30 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed a settlement with the City of New Bedford and the Town of Dartmouth, Massachusetts, to recover response costs at the Bliss Corner Neighborhood Site in Dartmouth, Bristol County, Massachusetts.
