WASHINGTON, July 30 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed rules that would require manufacturers and processors to notify the agency at least 90 days before beginning designated uses of 15 chemical substances covered by Toxic Substances Control Act orders, allowing the agency to evaluate potential risks before those activities begin.
