WASHINGTON, July 30 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed approving Pennsylvania's request to redesignate the Warren County nonattainment area to attainment for the 2010 1-hour primary sulfur dioxide national ambient air quality standard while also approving the maintenance plan of the area and correcting source-specific provisions affecting United Refining Company in the state implementation plan.
