WASHINGTON, July 30 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has approved revisions to the California State Implementation Plan incorporating two San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District rules establishing federally mandated ozone nonattainment fee programs for the 2008 and 2015 8-hour ozone standards.
