WASHINGTON, July 30 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received an application from Aptera Motors Corp. to conduct production activity for solar electric vehicles at its facility in Carlsbad, California, within Subzone 153P.
