WASHINGTON, July 30 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has declined to review an order of the administrative law judge allowing IC Star Solar (USA) LLC, Tomball, Texas, doing business as Imperial Star, to intervene as a respondent in a patent investigation involving imported TOPCon solar cells, modules, panels and related products.
