WASHINGTON, July 30 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration has initiated changed circumstances reviews to determine whether antidumping and countervailing duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China should be revoked in part for a narrowly defined category of off-grid portable solar panels after receiving a request from RNG International Inc., Ontario, California.
