WASHINGTON, July 29 -- The Senate Special Committee on Aging released the following testimony by Nazak Nikakhtar, chair of national security practice at Wiley Rein LLP, from a July 15, 2026, hearing entitled "Behind the Label: Foreign Ownership and Control in America's Drug Supply Chain." Nikakhtar is also a former adjunct professor of law at Georgetown University, and former assistant secretary and under secretary at the U.S. Department of Commerce.
