WASHINGTON, July 29 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service plans to prepare an environmental impact statement on a proposed Bear Lodge Rare Earth Project in Wyoming by Rare Element Resources Inc., Littleton, Colorado, which would involve open-pit mining of rare earth elements on National Forest System lands.
