WASHINGTON, July 29 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce Foreign-Trade Zones Board approved an Energy Recovery Inc. application for Subzone 18X in San Leandro, California, subject to Foreign-Trade Zone 18's 2,000-acre activation limit.

The approval followed review under the Foreign-Trade Zones Act and regulations.

Elizabeth Whiteman, Executive Secretary, signed the notice.
