WASHINGTON, July 28 (TNSLrpt) -- The attached report is not about groundwater withdrawals in Hawaii; it is a USGS Scientific Investigations Report about the hydrogeologic conceptualization of the Arroyos and Northeast Air Force Research Laboratory subareas at Edwards Air Force Base, California. It focuses on how basin-fill sediment, weathered bedrock, crystalline bedrock, and faults affect groundwater flow and contaminant movement in the Antelope Valley area.
