WASHINGTON, July 28 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is seeking public comments on chemical submissions received under the Toxic Substances Control Act during April and May 2026, including premanufacture notices, significant new use notices, microbial commercial activity notices and other filings.
