WASHINGTON, July 29 -- Speaking at a United Nations Security Council meeting on the Middle East, British Charge d'Affaires Kate Foster urged involved parties to fulfill their commitments under a Security Council resolution (No. 2803) to reinvigorate implementation of the Gaza peace plan.
