WASHINGTON, July 28 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce Foreign-Trade Zones Board is seeking comments on an application for subzone status for Hithium Tech USA Inc. facilities in Forney, Texas.
The proposed 44.58-acre subzone is located at 11955 and 11975 FM 2932 and would be subject to the existing activation limit of Foreign-Trade Zone 168.
Comments are due Sept. 8, 2026, with rebuttal comments due Sept. 21, 2026.
