WASHINGTON, July 28 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration is proposing to modify Class E airspace above the Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital Heliport in Lincoln, Oregon, to support instrument flight rules operations for passenger shuttle, medevac and cargo flights.
