WASHINGTON, July 28 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Reserve System is reviewing an application from Citizens Bancshares Inc., ESOP, of Edmond, Oklahoma, to acquire up to 47.03 percent of Citizens Bancshares Inc., and indirectly acquire additional shares of the Citizens Bank of Edmond.
