WASHINGTON, July 28 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration has revoked Kerri Zavota, D.V.M.'s two registrations to handle controlled substances after finding that she materially falsified four renewal applications by failing to disclose that her Florida professional license had been placed on probation.
