WASHINGTON, July 28 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is proposing to redesignate the Detroit, Michigan, area from nonattainment to attainment for the 2015 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards, citing air quality data showing the region meets the standard.
