WASHINGTON, July 27 -- The House Veterans' Affairs Subcommittee on Technology Modernization released the following testimony by Gregg Orto, deputy director of the Veterans of Foreign Wars National Veterans Service, from a July 13, 2026, hearing entitled "PACT Act Implementation: Modernizing VA Disability Claims Through Effective Technology."
