WASHINGTON, July 27 -- The House Veterans' Affairs Subcommittee on Technology Modernization released the following testimony by Jeremy Villanueva, associate legislative director of the Paralyzed Veterans of America, from a July 13, 2026, hearing entitled "PACT Act Implementation: Modernizing VA Disability Claims Through Effective Technology."
